Unopened Products: You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Opened Products: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act are fully protected! ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ
