🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products: You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Opened Products: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty or not as described.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act are fully protected! 🛡️

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4️⃣ Send back to us (return shipping costs apply for change of mind returns)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare products (unless faulty)
• Products without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
